- Include a *BUZZER CODE* (or won't be shipped) couriers don't call or text you
- We ship out TUESDAY (generally arrives WEDNESDAY) (*may take longer if couriers busy)
- We deliver on SATURDAY - VANCOUVER ONLY
- You will receive a tracking number OR email upon shipping
- Remove grass and place in KING Tray as soon as received
