Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds on live agricultural products.

We recommend you TRY a one-time purchase box BEFORE choosing a subscription. Also all TRAYS/ACCESSORIES are non refundable, so please be sure your dog will use the grass before you purchase a tray.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee freshness for products not picked up the same day as delivered to any pick up location. (The pickup location store is not responsible for looking after grass)

Also, Pet Pasture grass might differ in appearance from order to order, due to seasons, and growing conditions and we cannot offer refunds due to non-perfect grass. Perfect grass will only be found in Heaven. Thank you for understanding.
