Refund policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on live agricultural products. Pet Pasture might differ in appearance from order to order, due to growing conditions. We are not responsible for products not picked up the same day as delivered to any pick up location.
We cannot offer refunds on ANY products once picked up or shipped to the customer.
